The company stated that even though it was a festive season in March, retail sales were affected because of unusual rainfall and crop damage in some areas. Nevertheless, they anticipate a consistent demand across regions in the following quarter because of ongoing support from the government, favorable crop prices, better availability of finances, and ample water storage levels.

In March 2023, the Construction Equipment Business of the company experienced a 15.4% increase in sales, having sold 606 machines, compared to 525 machines sold in March 2022. Sales for the quarter and year ended March 2023 also showed growth of 18.8% and 12.2%, respectively. This growth was largely seen in the second half of the fiscal year across all segments including material handling, earth moving, and road segment. The current market outlook is positive, and the demand is expected to remain strong in the coming fiscal year due to the presence of infrastructure projects in the pipeline and the government's focus on faster execution.
