Escorts Kubota, a prominent player in the tractor industry, reported a notable decline in its total tractor sales, marking a 17% drop in February 2024 compared to the same month in 2023. The company's sales figures reveal a decrease from 7,811 tractors in February 2023 to 6,481 tractors in February 2024.

Domestic Tractor Sales Experience a 16.6% Downturn

The domestic tractor sales segment for Escorts Kubota faced a 16.6% dip in February 2024, with figures dropping from 7,245 tractors in February 2023 to 6,041 tractors this year. This downturn underscores the challenges within the domestic market.

Export Tractor Sales Declined by 22.3%

In the global market, Escorts Kubota reported a decline of 22.3% in its export tractor sales for February 2024. The company exported 440 tractors, compared to 566 tractors during the same period in the previous year.

The total sales for the brand in 2024 stand at 87,271 units, a drop from 92,985 units recorded in 2023. The domestic tractor sales for Escorts Kubota in the YTD comparison, experiencing a negative change of 4.1%, were 82,185 units in 2024 compared to 85,665 units in 2023. The export segment of Escorts Kubota faced a significant setback in the YTD analysis, recording a 30.5% decline.
