In April 2023, the number of tractors sold in the market was 7,565 units, representing a decrease from the 8,325 tractors sold in the same month of the previous year. The reason for this decline in sales can be attributed to the festive preponement, which affected the sales performance during April.

The number of tractors sold in the domestic market was 7,252, which represents a decrease from the figure of 7,676 tractors sold in the same month of the previous year, April 2022.

The tractor manufacturer stated that the preponement of the Navratri festival season to March 2023, as compared to its occurrence in April of the previous year, along with unexpected rainfall, had an adverse effect on sales during the month.
