From March 2 to 4, the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) will host a three-day agricultural fair.
This year, as part of the International Coarse Grain Year 2023, the Agriculture Fair will feature Coarse Grain Based Value Chain Development, Smart Farming / Protected Farming Model, Climate Tensor and Sustainer, Agricultural Marketing and Export, Farmers' Innovations - Possibilities and Problems, Farmer Producer Organization - Startup Linkages, and Farmer Producer Organization - Startup Linkages. Such details will be provided.

According to IARI Director Dr. A.K. Singh, the creation of a Shree Anna-based value chain in conjunction with the International Year of Millets, as well as technical sessions on significant and current agricultural challenges, will be this year's fair's main draws.
Additional areas of emphasis will include climate-friendly and sustainable agriculture, agricultural marketing and exports, farmers' innovations - potential and problems, and farmer producer organizations (FPOs) - startup links, he continued.
The fair will feature live demonstrations of important wheat, mustard, gram, vegetable, flower, and fruit varieties. The fair will be webcast live for the benefit of remote farmers and consumers. Farmers, entrepreneurs, and input agencies will also have booths. Farmers' counseling stalls will assist farmers in resolving their issues. The institute will give out awards to encourage farmers. The Innovative Farmers' Conference will facilitate the exchange of ideas among farmers during this time. During the three-day event, thousands of farmer brothers and sisters will attend.
