PM Kisan KYC: How to update eKYC to obtain an Rs 2,000 installment

Eligible landholding farmer families receive a financial benefit of Rs.6,000 per year, payable in three equal installments of Rs.2,000 each, every four months, under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

On January 1, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the tenth installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN) Yojana; the date for the eleventh installment has yet to be announced.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was established three years ago on February 24, according to a PIB tweet.

To receive the next installment, eligible farmers must update their KYC either online or offline.

The Prime Minister Kisan website states that "eKYC is REQUIRED for PMKISAN Registered Farmers." Please use the eKYC option in Farmer Corner for Aadhar-based OTP authentication, and contact the nearest CSC center for biometric authentication."

"There may be Time Out & Delay in response while verifying OTP due to intermittent issue in UIDAI OTP services as per notification received from UIDAI," the website added.

Kisan Samman, Prime Minister the Nidhi Yojana: Here's how to update your eKYC online: 

Step 1: Go to the PM-Kisan official website.

Step 2: On the right side of the page, select the eKYC option.

Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar Card number, captcha code, and search.

Step 4: Enter the phone number associated with the Aadhaar card.

Step 5: Select 'Get OTP' and enter the OTP in the appropriate field.

How to Determine PM Kisan's Beneficiary Status

Step 1: Go to the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi at pmkisan.gov.in.

Step 2: Select 'Beneficiary Status' from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar number, account number, or mobile number.

Step 4: Select 'Get Data.'

Beneficiaries will now have access to the data.
