NRFMTTI Partners with Mahindra in Skill Development MoU
The MoU outlines a collaborative effort to provide comprehensive training programs designed to prepare young people for the challenges and opportunities in the agricultural machinery industry.

The Northern Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute (NRFMTTI), under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, situated in Hisar, Haryana, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturer of tractors and agricultural machinery based in Mumbai. This strategic partnership aims to promote skill development among young individuals, equipping them with the necessary knowledge for a career in the field of farm mechanization.
The MoU outlines a collaborative effort to provide comprehensive training programs designed to prepare young people for the challenges and opportunities in the agricultural machinery industry. The primary goal of this partnership is to bridge the gap between industry requirements and the skill sets possessed by young individuals, ultimately strengthening the workforce in the farm mechanization sector.
Key Highlights of the MoU:
1. Skill Development Programs: NRFMTTI and Mahindra will jointly create and implement skill development programs tailored to the specific needs of the farm machinery industry.
2. State-of-the-Art Facilities: Mahindra will establish high-quality training facilities, laboratories, and experienced faculty to ensure top-notch training for students.
