Krishi Jagran Unveils MFOI Awards 2023 Trophy- Honoring the Farmers of Country
The MFOI Awards 2023 trophy unveiled by the team of Krishi Jagran aims to honor the farmers of the country. To celebrate their hidden skills and acknowledge their valuable contribution to agriculture, Krishi Jagran has revealed an impressive trophy.
On 7th July 2023, the team of Krishi Jagran hosted the launch of Millionaire Farmer of India (MFOI) 2023. The esteemed event took place at Delhi's renowned Ashoka Hotel which witnessed the presence of farmers, individuals related to the allied sector, and corporate representatives.
Union Fisheries and Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister Parshottam Rupala and Kailash Chaudhary, the Minister of Agriculture and Farmer's Welfare, both representing the Government of India, unveiled the prestigious trophy for the inaugural Millionaire Farmer of India Award 2023. The program commenced with Shiny Dominic, the Managing Director of Krishi Jagran Sansthan, Agri media platform, had extended a warm welcome to the chief guest, Parshottam Rupala, and other distinguished guests.

MFOI 2023- Vision and Purpose
To break the stereotypes associated with social status, Krishi Jagran aims to break the barriers and reshape the perception surrounding farmers. Krishi Jagran, a leading agricultural media channel with an enormous reach of subscribers and remarkable reach on different social media platforms, has introduced a remarkable concept to honor farmers who have achieved massive success and become millionaires through their farming endeavors. This award not just recognizes their tireless efforts but also challenges the notion of farmers being labeled as poor.
The agricultural profession is reclaiming its esteemed position as individuals from developed nations are returning to India, a land renowned for its fertile soil and known for its distinct seasons, to engage in farming activities. This resurgence highlights the attractiveness of Indian agriculture and its growth potential, therefore, attracting attention and admiration from global farmers.

MFOI Ceremony 2023
The ceremonial opening depicted a video that highlighted the Founder of Krishi Jagran, MC. Dominic's commitment to empowering the farmers. This was followed by an engaging corporate video that showcased the amazing journey of Krishi Vision being displayed to the respected audience.
After the successful video presentation, MC Dominic expressed his respect and, addressed the audience to articulate the vision behind the Millionaire Farmer of India (MFOI) Awards, emphasizing the significance of acknowledging and commemorating the remarkable paths undertaken by these prosperous farmers. Later this was followed by the unveiling of the MFOI trophy by prestigious chief guests. In the ceremony, Dr. Moni Madhavaswamy, Former Director General of the National Informatics Center addressed the audience and highlighted the selection process for the MFOI nominees.
The event resonated with the profound wisdom imparted by renowned speakers, including Prof. Ramesh Chand, a Member of NITI Ayog, Dr. Ashok Thalwai, the CEO of the National Rainfed Area Authority (NRAA) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, whose words gracefully adorned the program.
In the end, the event was graced with an illustrious video presentation featuring the esteemed presence of Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, who conveyed his blessings and well wishes for the initiative. Further in December, a significant event is scheduled to take place on National Farmers Day, dedicated to honoring numerous farmers from various regions across the country.
