Haryana Farmers Get Subsidized Drone Spraying at Rs 100 Per Acre
Haryana Agriculture Minister JP Dalal has introduced initiatives to enhance farmers' lives and livelihoods. Dalal promotes the use of nano urea and DAP distributed by IFFCO via drones. The state government's subsidy program makes drone spraying affordable, with farmers paying only Rs 100 per acre.
Agriculture Minister JP Dalal has unveiled excellent initiatives aimed at improving farmer's lives and livelihoods. Minister Dalal encourages the adoption of nano urea and DAP, distributed by IFFCO via drones. This sustainable approach not only minimizes pesticide use but also makes spraying more efficient and affordable. Minister Dalal highlighted a remarkable subsidy program, wherein farmers need only pay Rs 100 per acre for drone spraying, with the government covering the rest of the expenses.
Additionally, the state government has generously boosted the budget for the Cow Seva Commission from Rs 40 crore to Rs 400 crore. This translates into better facilities, improved care, and a brighter future for Gaushalas across the state.
Villages like Tigraana, Sohasanda, and Mitathalin are receiving Rs 11 lakh each for their Gaushalas, while Mitathal also gets a brand-new tractor. This direct aid empowers local communities to uplift their Gaushalas and enhance the lives of their bovine residents. Bidhwan Gaushala joins the party with Rs 11 lakh and a water tanker, ensuring proper hydration for the animals.

Minister Dalal urges farmers and cattle herders to take advantage of various subsidy schemes in animal husbandry, horticulture, and fisheries. These initiatives offer valuable financial support, making it easier for them to invest in their farms and businesses, leading to increased income and prosperity.

Dalal revealed plans for an ambulance service catering to both animals and humans. The government has already acquired 70 vehicles, with an additional 130 in the pipeline. The government is acquiring 200 vehicles in total, ensuring quick and efficient veterinary care for injured or critically ill livestock. The innovative approach strengthens the bond between farmers and their animal companions.
