UP Krishi Yantra Subsidy Scheme: The process of acquiring agricultural equipment through a grant in Uttar Pradesh started on 12 November 2021. Farmers can make online reservations through the Department of Agriculture website. Interested farmers from the nine categories can apply until November 18 upon arrival.

The government's intention was for farmers to rent agricultural equipment before planting to use the equipment according to their needs. Farmers in the Gorakhpur and Ayodhya districts had booking problems on October 13 and 14, and after the government investigated the matter, it was found that the applications had been lodged before the deadline.

The process was postponed by the Department of Agriculture, which referred the investigation to Cyber ​​Cell and requested a safety audit of the portal. The investigation has not yet been completed by the Internet cell. The booking of agricultural equipment in nine phases started at 11 a.m. Friday and was continued until November 18, divided into phases, according to Joint Director Engineer Neeraj Srivastava. More than 30,000 machines are ready to be distributed on a grant basis.

The dates of each cycle are given. Booking for agricultural equipment was due to be completed in October, but was postponed due to portal theft, and is now being resumed after security checks.

10,000 Rupees Grant Not Guaranteed Amount

Agricultural equipment with a grant of ten thousand to lakh rupees will require a security deposit of 2500 rupees, while agricultural equipment with a grant of more than one lakh rupees will require a security deposit of 5000 rupees.
