With over 23 years of experience in the farm mechanization industry, Arvind Saini, former Head of marketing operations at Sonalika International Tractors, has recently joined VST Tiller Tractor Ltd. as the Head of Marketing.

He posted a heartfelt message on LinkedIn, saying, " With a big thanks to all friends, colleagues, and seniors at SONALIKA who made me learn new Marketing skills, enabling me to differentiate the marketing approach in RURAL INDIA with execution excellence. Arvind Saini began his corporate career as a manager of sales and customer operations with Mahindra, one of the best in the industry. He then became Zonal Manager at CLAAS. He then spent over 8 years as the Head of Brand Communications at Eicher. He then joined Sonalika International Tractor Limited in September 2016 as Head of Marketing Operations for 6 years.

Arvind Saini is a professional engineer with a passion for marketing. While working with industry leaders SONALIKA, TAFE Group, CLAAS, M&M, and Force Motors, his journey has been filled with innovations and learnings to meet customer expectations in various segments of the industry.

His journey began with customer service and progressed to Dealer Sales, channel expansion, network building, Process mapping PDCA, Deming, six sigma, corporate and institutional bonding, product management, brand management, integrated marketing communications, and now maintaining the speed of execution excellence to turn any IDEA into REALITY via the routes of Cognitive Flexibility, Agility, and Digital transformations.
