Get Up To 40 To 100% Subsidy On Drones
The central government is providing a 40 to 100 percent subsidy for the purchase of drones. It was announced that Agricultural Machinery Training and Testing Institutes, Krishi Vigyan Kendras, ICAR Institutes, and State Agricultural Universities would receive a 100% subsidy, up to a maximum of 10 lakhs, on the purchase of drones.
At the same time, youth, scheduled caste-tribe, small and marginal, women, and farmers from northeastern states will receive a 50% or a maximum of Rs 5 lakh subsidy on drone costs, with the remaining 40% going to other farmers and farmers groups. A maximum subsidy of Rs 4 lakh will be provided. Aside from that, the Farmer Producer Organization will receive a subsidy of up to 75% of the cost of the drone.

By flying at a specific height and using auto sensors, the drone can easily spray up to 10 liters of insecticide on standing crops. In about 10 minutes, drones can spray fertilizers, pesticides, and other essential nutrients on standing crops on one acre of land.
