AGCO introduces FarmerCore, a global initiative transforming the agricultural machinery experience. Prioritizing farmers, it seamlessly blends physical and digital tools, offering convenience and personalization. Launching globally, starting in North and South America, with 2024 expansion plans.
AGCO, a major player in agricultural machinery, is revamping the farmer and dealer experience with FarmerCore, a global initiative. This new approach prioritizes farmers by bringing them convenient, personalized service through a blend of physical and digital tools.
FarmerCore is changing how sales and service work by using tools that connect dealers with farmers, both in person and online. Whether farmers are researching products or managing their operations during the season, this program combines digital and physical aspects throughout the entire buying and ownership process, creating a top-notch solution for on-farm needs.
Eric Hansotia, AGCO's Chairman, President, and CEO, affirms that AGCO's primary focus is on prioritizing farmers in every aspect of their operations. He emphasizes that FarmerCore reinforces its determination to provide farmers with complete accessibility by seamlessly combining physical and digital experiences, therefore boosting brand loyalty, and deepening customer engagement.

FarmerCore offers mobile service trucks, local parts access, and 24/7 online support. FarmerCore makes it possible with mobile service units, while dealerships remain anchors in communities.
FarmerCore is structured around three core pillars that include an On-farm mindset, Smart network coverage, and Digital engagement. On-farm mindset includes dealers meeting customer needs throughout their equipment ownership journey. Smart network coverage is a flexible network with service centers, parts-only locations, and "light" retail outlets that cater to diverse needs, and lastly, Digital engagement where one can have 24/7 online access to sales, support, and tools like online parts purchasing and dealer storefronts.
