ADAMA Announces Management And Organizational Changes

Leading worldwide crop protection company ADAMA Ltd. announced the implementation of recent organizational and managerial changes. These adjustments include the creation of the newly created international positions of Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Communications.

Management changes include:

Shahar Florence has asked to leave his current position as CFO in order to focus on consulting in the fields of growth and innovation for various organizations. He will continue to advise the CEO on strategic matters as needed.

Efrat Nagar has been appointed CFO and a member of the Executive Team, having previously held numerous financial positions in the Company during her 20-year tenure. Efrat was most recently VP of Finance and played a critical role in the process of nominating a new CFO from 2021 to 2022.

After 16 years of service, Michal Arlosoroff, General Legal Counsel, Secretary of the Boards, and Chief Corporate Communication & Sustainability Officer, retired. Michal will continue to serve as a senior advisor to ADAMA's CEO.

Michal Arlosoroff is replaced as General Legal Counsel by Naama Peleg. Naama joined ADAMA as Senior Corporate Counsel in 2011.

Rob Williams has been appointed VP of Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Communications (SBC). Rob will be responsible for driving the implementation of the company strategy across the organization while addressing changing market and industry dynamics.

Sergio Dedominici Paz has been named SVP Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME), succeeding Rob Williams. Sergio was most recently Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence in the Americas, having previously served as General Manager of ADAMA Iberia since 2018. Sergio has over 30 years of industry experience at Syngenta, where he led complex markets in Latin America, Europe, and globally.

Dr. Juan Valero named Chief Sustainability Officer, with responsibility for ESG-stakeholder engagement and reporting.

After 42 years of service, Zvi Manor, VP of Israel Operations, retired. Zvi joined as a young engineer and rose through the ranks to various leadership positions, having a significant impact on the establishment of ADAMA's operational excellence in Israel and China.
