Up to 80 Percent Subsidy on More than 10 Agricultural Machinery, Apply Before August 25

There is still plenty of time to harvest Kharif season crops. The Haryana government has already begun preparations for the disposal of stubble in this episode. The Haryana government has decided to offer a discount on stubble management machines.

The state government made this decision so that there will be no stubble burning this year, and incidents of stubble burning should be reduced due to the exemption on machinery.

Last Date to Apply 

It is offering a 50% discount to individual farmers and an 80% discount to committees on machines used for stubble management. The Haryana government has asked farmers to submit online applications by August 25, 2022, to receive a discount on crop residue management machines. The online application will be available at https://agriharyana.gov.in/. That is, farmers now have only 20 days to apply online.

The subsidy is Available for the Following Agricultural Machines 

The government has announced to provide subsidies on the following machines, Happy Seeder, Paddy Straw Chopper, Mulcher, Baler, Rotary Slicer, Crop Reaper, Reversible MB Plow, Zero Till Seed Cum Fertilizer drill machine, super seeder, Baling Machine, shrub master, slicer, so on. On the purchase of these agri machines government will provide farmers with a 50% subsidy and 80 % subsidy on establishing a Custom Hiring Center.

Token money will have to be deposited

Farmers who want to participate in this scheme can do so by registering on the department's website under Meri Fasal Mera Byora. This registration is available online until August 25. Agricultural machinery should be purchased from listed agricultural machinery manufacturers, according to the department. They should, in other words, be listed manufacturers. And only if the farmer has not received a subsidy on that machine in the previous two years.

Personal documents for application

Family identity card of applicant farmer, tractor registration certificate (RC), Aadhar card, PAN card, bank account details, booking (token money) amount and land details, caste certificate, and mobile number for farmers belonging to scheduled castes, which is linked in Aadhar card and bank account

At the time of applying, farmers will have to deposit Rs. 2500/- for agricultural machinery with a grant of less than Rs. 2.5 lakh and Rs. 5 thousand as booking amount (token money) for agricultural equipment with a grant of more than Rs. 2.5 lakh. This token money will be deposited online in the accounts of the farmers after the grant.
