Man converts a 10-ton tractor into a video game controller
New Zealand content creator Rudeism, better known as Dylan Beck, was commissioned to turn a large, 10-ton tractor into an active video game controller.
Farming couldn't be further from playing video games if it tried, but the one-man goal of turning a real tractor into a game controller has been achieved.
New Zealand content creator Rudeism, better known as Dylan Beck, was commissioned to turn a large, 10-ton tractor into an active video game controller.
After finishing work on 25 Novemeber,2021, Rudeism will broadcast the results and play live Farming Simulator 22 on Twitch all weekend.
The Case IH Magnum 310 tractor features in the new game as one of 400 playable farming machines and has been nicknamed the "Tractroller".
The game has been put together as an advertising episode to celebrate the launch of Farming Simulator 22 in Australia and New Zealand.
This is not the first time Mr. Beck has been tested, he has previously created video game controls for bananas, microwave and even beans.

“My control structures have been large and crazy over the years and tense games, so I appreciate a relaxing game like Farming Simulator available to help balance things out,” Mr Beck said.
Farming Simulator 22 is considered to be the most realistic farming game ever, with more than 100 real farming varieties and 400 different farming equipment.
The game is as you would expect, players can grow crops, breed livestock and sell produce to build a tangible life.
The first Simulation Farming Game was released about 15 years ago and has brought together a large fan base, producing an international convention and a sports league dedicated entirely to the game.
