The Intelli-Shift transmission has eight powershift gears and three operating modes: Hi, Mi, and Low. The M6 Series engines have an electronic governor that keeps the engine revolution constant, preventing PTO speed drops and ensuring stable operation. M6 Series tractors have gear-type hydraulic pumps for smooth implement handling and increased speed of front loader and rear implement operations. An external hydraulic cylinder increases lifting force and simplifies maintenance, while an unload valve reduces hydraulic pressure loss, allowing for greater power during PTO operations when the 3-point hitch is not in use.
Another Kubota exclusive, the bevel-gear front-wheel drive allows the tractors to achieve a tight turning radius thanks to a generous 50-degree wheel-turning angle, allowing for easy handling in a variety of conditions.
