Last year, the young debutante invested a huge amount of ₹12.91 crores in acquiring 1.5 acres of agricultural land along with accompanying structures spanning 2,218 square feet.

What's intriguing is the designation Suhana chose for herself in the registration documents – "Agriculturist." This classification holds more significance than meets the eye. By identifying as an agriculturist, individuals like Suhana can avail themselves of various tax benefits and exemptions. These perks include a reduced stamp duty rate and deductions on interest payments for loans taken for agricultural purposes, ultimately translating to substantial savings.
